Handy Fillers are simple, lever-action filling machines that function at temperatures less than 180 degrees F. They are assembled using stainless steel cylinders and rods and are guaranteed to provide years of reliable services. There are a number of advantages to our machinery, we would like to make note of. Our smooth and easy lever action piston bottle or jar filler requires little or no effort to operate. Gravity controls the flow and does most of the work for you. The filler can be mounted for either right hand or left hand operation. Our filling machines can fill a wide variety of products from liquids, lotions and creams, to hot sauces and slurries with grains and seeds up to 1/2″ in diameter (about the length of a key on a standard keyboard). Polymer tie rods make it a breeze to take apart and clean, and our fillers are dishwasher safe. Our bottle filling machine measures out just the volume you need to fill your container, from 1 oz. to 9 oz. per stroke. It can fill from 600 to 1000, 9 oz. containers an hour, depending on the viscosity of your product. Incredibly, it’s just as easy to fill 16 oz. with two 8 oz. strokes as it is to use a larger 16 oz. per stroke machine.
The whole system weighs from 4 to 6 pounds, depending on which one you order. The frame is 3 inches wide by 9 inches long, plus the handle and valve assembly. It is very simple to set up and use and you will be filling bottles and jars in no time.

We include the manual piston filler with non-skid feet, A table clamp, food grade lubricant, extra O-rings, Hex Key for volume adjustment, mounting screws, bulkhead fitting for making your own hopper, 3 sizes of nozzles to fit most sizes of bottle openings, an Anti-Dribble Valve, 3 feet of 1/2″ ID thick wall high temp silicone tubing, or 3/4″ ID PVC vacuum tubing. We do our best to provide you with the clean reliable fillers you need. We also guarantee full satisfaction and enhanced durability in all our products. Should we not live up to your expectations, we will gladly refund your money within 30 days of purchase. The machine must be as clean when returned as it was when you received it. A filler returned with product residue left inside the cylinder and valve assembly will be charged a $25.00 Cleaning Fee. Simply cycling a couple of gallons of hot water and detergent, followed by hot rinse water through the machine is usually enough. A $10 Restocking Fee will be deducted from your refund.
